*If you are over the age of 65 and/or are eligible for Medicare Part B services, we are mandated to bill Medicare Part B directly for all services that are not “Wellness” services *

Humana (OON)
We credentialed as out-of-network (OON) providers with TriCare as they are not accepting any new providers in eastern North Carolina.
Currently, we are considered “out-of-network” with other insurance providers. We are happy to accept all patients - it is usually a similar co-pay as any local in-network provider.
We print a document called a “superbill,” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
NOTE: Unfortunately at this time we are unable accept new patients with primary insurance:
